I have the ability to manage development agreements and build contracts to ensure the best output by forming strong contractual foundations by negotiating contract structures and pricing, and tailoring specifications and employer requirements, which are then used to inform and manage contractor performance.
I am communicative and intuitive, and I have strong stakeholder management experience, with a good track record of building new and maintaining good working relationships, and influencing and negotiating with internal and external customers, multidisciplinary teams, consultants and approving bodies.
