Currently working full-time as a manager in Bronco's.

• Cashing up the tills and carrying out stock checks and ordering from multiple suppliers.
• Managing multiple members of staff in different departments and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Checking and signing large deliveries on arrival to the restaurant.
• Training new members of staff up to the required standard.
• Dealing with customers and making sure that everyone has a great experience.
• Key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
• Answering the restaurant phone and taking bookings and when needed taking deposits over the phone.

Volunteer at Volunteering in Africa

Spent three weeks volunteering in Namibia working with a team to help animals who have been affected by poaching or human-wildlife conflict by creating a new safe space for them as well as assisting with any of their needs. Also helped in a school to assist children with their education.
