I’m a very sociable person and like to talk to people and be kind and friendly. I enjoy doing group activities with my friends and like to work as a team. I can work as an individual or in a team well and I like to contribute my ideas.

I enjoy meeting new people, going to the gym and researching about university courses. Currently as an A-level student I have good organization, time management, maths, communication, team work, leadership and listening skills that I can use for this job role. After having worked jobs in the past I feel like I have a good understanding of work life and the skills needed in order to provide a high quality service to customers.

I am a very determined individual and like to get the task done efficiently and effectively . In the past, I worked at True Pizza where I was a runner and worked as a customer service assistant. During my role I had to deliver customers their pizza to the car park and do the final quality checks before giving them their pizza.

I had to have good organization skills as I had to look after all customers tickets and make sure the customers got their pizza on time and were not waiting. Sometimes it would get very busy however, I made sure that customers got their pizza on time and to high standard. I also had to use a card machine and deal with money.

Furthermore, I worked at Zan Fish in the past as a customer service assistant.
