Apprentice Admin - MGM CONSTRUCTION

Day to day work consisted of being on the phones and answering calls to clients assisting them and directing them to the correct department where we would be able to assist them further with quotes and job specifications. Once jobs were confirmed and quotes had been accepted, emails would be sent with confirmations and printed out job specifications, to then put into a file and place in the cabinet incase of any discretionaries or if the client revisited our business again and we had their details already on file.

Staff Member - SUPERDRUG

(2021-10 - 2025-01)

Day to day work that consisted of delivering 5-star customer service, offering support to all customers to meet their needs and expectations. Dealing with threats of shoplifters and stopping them before they performed the theft, maintaining money flow from the tills to the back office where cash up at the end of the week took place. Worked individually where times were needed but mainly working with part of a 4-person team at all times and effectively communicating various tasks and jobs we had to do.

On the occasional i was led to train other staff members on how to do their position, walking them through the step-by-step processes and how to follow the policies we had in place.

Exam Invigilator - AK TEACHING

(2025-04 - 2025-05)

Day to day work considered of being an exam invigilator for the year 10's mock exams and year 11 GCSE exams. I would be handing out exam papers, essentials for the exams ahead. Worked with another teacher that was in charge of the current exam depending on subject the exam was in place.

Daily encounters with the pupils and teachers were a necessity to my everyday to motivate and encourage everyone that we are with and inspire them to keep on going. Only had little experience in this role, due to leaving to have a baby, since at the time I was 6 months pregnant.
