I have worked in care industry for about 3years now, during which I have developed relevant skills such as excellent communication and organisational skills, able to relate and work well independently or in a team. I am able to adapt well to changes and a fast learner. I have experience of providing a person centred care for vunerable adults in care, which include personal care, cleaning, record keeping, feeding, reporting patients dietary intake, supporting patients to manage incontinence, supporting patients toileting needs while ensuring privacy and dignity.
I have a clear understanding of what is expected of a carer because I am working in this role. I am also educated and posses relevant skills as mentioned above. I am caring and compassionate which has helped me to volunteer in NHS, BHF and Barnardo's respectively.I have completed some trainings in care, this has also increased my knowledge.
