As a concierge I look after guests staying in the Tower suites located in Caesar's tower. This would include checking them into their suite, booking them into activities, help plan their day and meet any needs of the guests, as well as making sure the suite is meeting standards and serving breakfast.

SHOW HOST, Attractions and Events Team at WARWICK CASTLE (2022-04 – 2022-10)
I joined the merlin team as a show host at Warwick castle. I have been a member of the show host team from April 2022-October 2022. I got to work as a health and safety marshal for the falconer's quest, an incredible birds of prey show, as well as the mid-summer horse show, the war of the roses jousting shows and dragon slayer.
I also got to work with the incredible actors and different teams throughout the castle. My role consisted of ensuring guests where in the correct areas and remained safe throughout the shows
SALES ASSISTANT at HOUSE OF FRASER (2021 – 2022)
I got a full-time job as a sales assistant in the menswear department. After a couple of month of being there, the manager of house of Fraser gave me a manger code for the tills as I had previous experience of being there. The manager code allowed me to do things such as refunds and exchanges, grant discounts and allowed me to cash up the tills at the end of the day. Following this I was put in charge of the Sunday staff as this was the menswear's managers day off.
SALES ASSISTANT at OASIS/WAREHOUSE (CONCESSION IN HOUSE OF FRASER) (2018 – 2020)
My first job was working in a concession in House of Fraser in Leamington spa. I was working for the clothing company Oasis, as a sales assistant, where I would serve the Oasis customers, put our sales through the tills, do our delivery etc. Warehouse was a linked company to oasis, and we were in the same area, so the warehouse and oasis staff would work together as part of our concession.
Jobs included refunds and exchanges as well as dealing with queries on the shop floor, helping customers pick items and put outfits together
