• Assisting with the collection and organisation of evidence and relevant materials for employment tribunal matters, along with providing support in addressing Human Resources queries.
• Assisting with the management of internal personal injury claims by gathering and analysing evidentiary material and coordinating directly with insurance companies.
• Compiling legal research for the Legal Counsel and conducting detailed evidence reviews to identify and collate key material.
• Serving as the primary contact for monitoring and maintaining compliance with Gifts and Hospitality procedures at GDUK
• Coordinating the quarterly Board Meetings at GDUK whilst being accountable for minutes being recorded.
• Interpreting contractual documentation and supporting work on the UK's major defence Contract, AJAX.
• Working with the Authority to ensure quarterly amendments are complete.
• Working with Suppliers and Supplier Contracts, including negotiations.
• Understanding and interpreting ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Understanding and interpreting customs procedures.
