A qualified counsellor with proven experience in supporting clients in the workplace and in the educational settings.
Committed to deliver the person-centred approach to facilitate the safe environment for a client to explore, gain understanding and find informed decisions in relation to his/her mental health problems. Possessed detailed understanding of BACP standards, professional conduct, and ethical framework, and applied such standards in interaction with clients and colleagues. Sound knowledge of theoretical counselling approaches.
Areas of expertise include bereavement, self-harming, suicide, depression, anxiety, PTSD. Currently looking to expand the area of expertise with a part-time role.
