I’m a hard-working college student currently finishing their studies, however I have 3 years of excellent experience in customer service including both retail and hospitality, and I am currently looking for a new opportunity in this field.
3 years of exceptional experience in customer service, including playing a pivotal role in store operations, consistently achieving a 100% accuracy rate in stocking, replenishing shelves, cleaning, and supporting bakery operations, as well as providing prompt customer support with a professional, friendly, and patient attitude in my most recent job.
Currently studying A-Level Maths and A-Level Psychology at Carmel College, however I also have 10 GCSE’s including grade 9 in Mathematics and Spanish, grade 8 in English Literature, English Language, History and Music, grade 7 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and a Level 2 Distinction* in BTEC Sport.
