Since majoring in my masters in Human Resource Management, I have loved working in the HR field and really enjoy strategic approach of Human Resource with regard to Human Capital as main factor to achieve competitive advantage within PrettyLittleThing. There is no better feeling than connecting someone with a job they love and seeing them grow within the company. I recognise the importance of employment on individual happiness to maintain a smooth recruitment and on boarding process.

By networking with my contacts and colleagues as well as staying up to date with current trends, I keep up to date and informed on what is happening in the market like talent acquisition, talent management, and company branding. By staying up to date with current trends in the market it allows me to improve internal process to be a lean as possible.

Throughout my 6 years of working in this area I have focussed within the fashion industry, over the years I have been able to network and gain many connections with brands such as Flannels, PLT, Selfridges etc
