I am a hard worker with suitable time management and previous experience working with animals. I am kind and patient with animals, and I am open to caring for animals I have little to no experience with. I like to work in both a team and by myself. I am extremely motivated to meet the needs of customers within the work placement. I am kind and patient with people; the main goal is to work in a vet practice or an animal rescue centre.

Server - The Boat Club - Durham
I worked in hospitality at the Boat Club in Durham where I was a server. I took orders, brought people drinks and their foods, cleaned tables, handled stressful situations on weekend shifts that were very fast paced. I learned time management that was very valuable to be on time, and make sure everyone got what they needed at reasonable times. The importance of customer experience and how the customer feels should always be important.
Waitress - The Boat Club and Tomahawk

While at college I began working at the Boat Club and Tomahawk steakhouse, as a waitress. During my time there I gained deeper understanding of steps of service, understanding how important catering to customers' dietary requirements and offering variety of menus for those who are vegan/vegetarian or gluten intolerant or celiac. I completed essential training on food safety, allergens/intolerances, fire safety and more.
