Hello, my name is Emily, I am currently studying occupational psychology at the University of Sussex and am 20 years old. I would like to work in a customer-facing role as engaging with customers and meeting new people is something that I really enjoy and excel at. I have over 4 years of varying hospitality experience in cafes, restaurants and private hospitality events.
I have worked at a local café for 2 years and so have gained barista, waitressing, cleaning, till work, teamwork and leadership skills.
I have also worked at festivals doing various management roles throughout the last 2 summers, this gained me lots of customer experience and time management skills.

I have worked for an agency in Brighton where I have had various hospitality shifts doing various tasks such as serving customers at tills, preparing and serving food/ drinks ( both soft and alcoholic) and waitressing/ kitchen porting. This included shifts at the Brighton Albion stadium and private events throughout east Sussex.
