I work with different residents ranging from learning disability, autism, eating and personality disorders amongst other Child and Adolescent Mental Health service(CAMH) issues. Furthermore, I have cared for elderly clients with stroke, Huntington disease, dementia and other complex neurodegenerative conditions providing the appropriate therapeutic support and empathy required for service users.

- Keeping up to date records on residents, including daily observations about activities, sleep pattern, medication, and dietary intake.
- Used assistive technology such as chair lifts and bed hoists to move non-mobile residents
- Applied and changed dressings, following nurse procedures
- Assisting residents with personal care needs in accordance to stipulated care plan
- Assist residents with washing and using hygiene facilities, utilising equipment such as commodes, wet rooms and chair lifts
- To participate in the delivery of residents care and undertake clinical duties that are allocated and directly supervised by a registered nurse
