About

Logistics, product and delivery leader with 15+ years across e-commerce retail, cross-border carriers and start-ups.

I set strategy and turn it into delivered change: new carrier networks and routes, carrier integrations, cost reduction and team builds, from a founding-stage start-up to international groups such as InPost and Farfetch. Strengths in business and product strategy, strategic prioritisation, commercial and contract negotiation, technical and operational solution design, and building and leading teams through change.

Experience

Head of Product at Trakii (2026-03 – Present)

Joined at start-up stage to get the business off the ground. A hands-on leadership role spanning business strategy, product development, and the commercial and legal groundwork needed to win clients and take them live at scale.

  • Designed and delivered a major B2B client solution (4 million shipments a year) with a 4-carrier set-up, including WMS integration and transition from the client’s previous carrier management system (CMS) and partner
  • Took the business from start-up to multiple new clients live, with combined volumes of over 10 million shipments a year, designing and running the client onboarding process
  • Built performance reporting and analytics for client carrier networks
  • Designed the business strategy and go-to-market approach
  • Built the client agreement framework and led legal negotiations with clients and suppliers
  • Managed product development, owning priorities and roadmap through to client go-live

Head of Group Cross Network at InPost (2024-03 – 2026-03)

Strategic role within the international InPost Group, accountable for budget and delivery of new and improved solutions across the international logistics network. Cross-border was a new B2C, B2C2C and C2C growth strategy for the group: I built the core team to deliver it and was responsible for the delivered solutions, their BAU performance quality, and the integration and management of first- and third-party suppliers on each route.

  • Launched UK to and from USA service for a global marketplace client
  • Developed new B2C and C2C routes, locker-to-locker and locker-to-door, from Poland to EU countries
  • Developed new routes with the Eurodis network for Austria and CEE countries
  • Delivered a key customer solution for EU to Republic of Ireland
  • Renegotiated linehaul and rates for Germany delivery
  • Improved on-time delivery on key group connections, delivered new performance reporting
  • Built the team from 1 to 9 headcount in 9 months

Senior Head of Delivery Solutions at Farfetch (2022-03 – 2024-03)

Restructured the team across delivery operations, solutions and technical support. Delivered new carrier integration systems to strengthen delivery operations and secure the most cost-effective carrier and systems supplier relationships. Built exec-level business cases for partner selection, directly impacting budget and EBITDA, then delivered the change through project and implementation teams into fulfilment and delivery operations.

  • Over £20M in cost-saving initiatives (2020–21)
  • Launched new domestic markets in South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia and UAE
  • Integrated multiple carrier services: cash on delivery, nominated day and same day
  • Rolled out UPS and FedEx drop-off
  • Delivered multi-leg and indirect cross-border solutions
  • Rolled out parcelLab post-purchase customer communications
  • Agreed and coordinated the API development roadmap for carrier management systems
  • Delivered a documentation repository solution

Principal, Delivery Development at Farfetch (2020-08 – 2022-03)

Delivery Development Consultant at Independent (2019-09 – 2020-08)

Led Brexit strategy and implementation for this international e-commerce and mail logistics group.

Head of Product and Innovation at wnDirect (2017-06 – 2018-10)

Led a team of project managers, product specialists and analysts delivering solutions for this global e-commerce logistics provider. Oversaw large strategic change projects and was accountable for priority, delivery and resource allocation across the product programme.

  • Built product strategy aligned to revenue opportunities
  • Drove the product roadmap and managed the change prioritisation process
  • Created and resourced the company’s Brexit strategy, covering opportunity and risk
  • Worked with Marketing and Sales to make go-to-market strategies content-rich and meaningful
  • Represented product and innovation at senior leadership level; coached the innovation and executive teams to deliver business and personal objectives

Product Director at Actual Experience (2016-04 – 2017-06)

Scale-up analytics business with channel sales prospects through Accenture, Vodafone, Cisco and Verizon, 20–30 new recruits and an active investor group.

  • Prioritised product features in line with an evolving strategy and justified the roadmap to a demanding internal stakeholder group
  • Secured, monitored and reported project budget spend for investors
