Finished university and started at a customer service supervisor in a large retail store.
After 7 years i found a new challenge within Capita as a hotel and rail consultant for business travel.
Covid hit and unfortunatly the offices closed.
From here i have worked for large customer agent remote call centres on campaigns for various companys.
I was then contracted as a customer service advisor for Somerset council.
When this contract ended i then went onto motor insurance for large brands.
