Duties include: Greeting and looking after customers at the reception desk, handling call queries from customers and staff, covering room service, doing stock control and looking after face to face customer queries at reception, restaurant and bar areas.

​Duties included: I managed all the restaurant reservations. I was first point of contact for customers over the phone and face to face. I was responsible for entering allreservations on the computer system and keeping it up to date with cancellations etc. I would meet, greet and seat all customers making sure they felt welcome and kept wellinformed of our specials and offers.
