Main responsibility's are Providing personal care, supporting there daily activities, assisting with mobility via hoist, stand aid, rotunda and mobilising with frame, assisting with meal preparation and feedings, record keeping.

As a support worker, I assist individuals with learning disabilities in maintaining their independence and completing daily tasks, promoting confidence and providing person centered care with daily living. Ensuring a safe space, always priorities the wellbeing and dignity of service users. This roll has strengthened my ability to be patient, good communication and listening skills, patient.

Care Assistant In my role as a Care Assistant, I provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their daily activities. I assist with mobility, meal preparation and personal hygiene while ensuring clients feel respected and comfortable. I maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans carefully. This role has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and sometimes challenging situations.
