I am a very experienced and successful qualified teacher with over two decades of experience in Pastoral and Curriculum Leadership in diverse settings, both in the state and independent sector. With a proven track record of excellent leadership skills an expert pastoral care, including a focus on safeguarding (Level 3 trained) pastoral and academic tracking I am highly skilled in all aspects of leading a team of professionals to support and guide young people to achieve their very best outcomes.

I am currently employed as a pastoral leader in a highly successful independent school in North West London.
Previous employment has included residential social care, Partnership Development Manager for School Sports Partnerships and running my own business.
I am a fully qualified Teacher with a BA (HONS) in Sports Studies and a PGCE in Physical Education.
