With 15 years of experience in education, 9 in leadership, I have recently relocated to the North East having developed my skills and experiences in schools and colleges across London and Kent. Being a part of 4 set ups, two of which I have led from infancy this has enabled me to uslitise my MBA in Senior Leadership. I also have a sales and marketing background in the commercial sector across 4 leading Blue chip companies.
My passion includes special needs and preparation for adulthood. I also have innovation and change management experience alongside setting up new systems and fundraising.
