Emma Shaw

I am currently a waitress in The Baltic Market in Liverpool, I have been in the hospitality business for a year and a half now but have been employed since I was 16 in a veterinary practice. I have great experience in customer care and have had to deal with many difficult situation in a variety of ways so will be a great help if this was to happen.
