With my experience in this role it allowed me to pick up skills like dealing with customers, juggling tasks, talking well, and focusing on detail.

• Customer service skills - making sure I am friendly, attentive to customers and always strive to ensure the customers satisfaction this also involves being a good listener, providing helpful responses and going the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy
• Strong communication skills - I made sure I effectively communicated with customers while taking there orders accurately and addressed any concerns they had, for example this method would be used a lot on busy shifts where I would have to communicate more with my team members to ensure smooth service flow
