• Insight into initial architectural designs (plans) to meet UK regulations 
• Managing Contractors & finding sustainable materials within project budget 
• Regularly visiting project sites and working alongside contractors ensuring deadlines are met

• Assistant to Electrical engineers & Plumbers gaining a hands on experience at project sites 
• Communicating with contractors and clients to meet requirements and comply with building plans
