Reason for Leaving – Redundancy

• Collate information from employees wishing to exercise their International Sharesave. This is acquired from employees applying on line, via email or via postal requests
• Prepare schedules to pass to the Dealing team within strict timescales ensuring that all information is correct
• Preparing and submitting payments to International, Irish and UK payrolls and individual employees. Checking the bank details are correct using IBAN checkers
• Bank employee payments to cover the cost of shares
• Completing Irish Tax Returns for clients to submit to HMRC. To do this I had to run reports, ensuring that they balanced against the previous year's return. Separate all the individuals who were granted options, exercised or lapsed options and calculating the gain on the shares from the time they were granted to the date that they were exercised. I would speak to the Service Delivery Managers and the client for any information that was required (either by telephone, teams or email)
• Responding to general correspondence and queries from employees and payrolls i.e. adding leaver details, change of addresses, death of employees
• Speak to employees and payrolls by phone, email or external correspondence

• Trained new staff to the team so that they were able to cover all aspects of the job, making sure that there was always cover if a staff member was off sick or on holiday
• Logged the daily work and passed to the relevant sections of the team to action. I had to set up files for individuals to work on and check the work was actioned correctly at the end of the day
• Arranged the morning huddle
• Dealt with the general correspondence – change of address, queries, withdrawals, lapses
• Sent out forms to be completed by the payroll or leavers
• Checked and logged off daily work ensuring that it was completed within timescales. I prioritised anything that needed actioning straight away so that it did go not out of service and so wouldn't impact on other teams
• Ran reports for Service Delivery Managers
• Registered death of employees requesting the correct paperwork be completed by the payrolls and next of kin
• Pensions administration
