• Role involved various administrative tasks including e-mail correspondence with staff, managing the rota and completing detailed and accurate end-of-night paperwork.
• Resolved customer complaints and conducted staff briefingsto ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensured the security of the premises and led emergencyprotocols during evacuations.
