I am 19 years old, I started working at 16 years old and have worked in hospitality, retail and financial services.
In my free time I enjoy going to concerts, I am very passionate about music and the artists I support. I enjoy making new friends through music.
When I was 15 years old I started working at my local football club, serving food and beverages every 2 weeks until the football season ended, I balanced welcoming and servicing customers whilst also handling money in a fast-paced environment.
When I was 16 years old I started working in Primark as a sales assistant for a year and a half, I started working on tills, welcoming customers, handing money and products, I was then upskilled/trained on other aspects in the store - such as restocking, managing fitting rooms, stock intake, keeping specific areas that I was assigned throughout the store clean and presentable.
Then at 17 years old (until present) I have been working in Lloyds Banking Group in Health Claims for 2 years, dealing with and helping customers in very vulnerable positions, I have helped customer with their queries, throughout this job I spoke to doctors, consultants, corners, solicitors and mortgage advisors.
Throughout my school life I achieved:
Childcare (Pass), Maths (D), Biology (C), Business Management (B), English (B), Modern Studies (A)
Biology (D), Business Management (C), English (C), Modern Studies (B)
I also have the equivalent of National 5 criminology that I achieved in a college class I took alongside my high school studies.
And a qualification pending following an apprenticeship in customer service and finance.
