During my 6 weeks work experience I was introduced to a team of 6 employees in the employee benefits team. My role as an employee benefits trainee involved taking phone calls to communicate with clients, organising paperwork to ensure relevant files were accessible, creating and auditing spreadsheets. As I was auditing spreadsheets, I found an error which was essentially losing Mattioli Woods money and it was quickly amended.
