• Assisted research on project business model for cyber security academic startup accelerator programme CyberASAP (Innovate UK). 
• Integration of diverse university AI research projects.
• Developed full-stack solutions, including API servers, interactive data visualisation dashboard web server, AI servers, database integration and Docker containerization.
• Visualised streaming network data, detect and flag anomaly data on interactive real-time 3D and 2D charts for data and visual analysis. 
• Captured the flagged anomaly data into a historical database. Interactive geolocational heatmap visualisation for historical analysis. 
• Integrated a robotic arm, conveyor belt, kinetic cameras, multi-spectral imagers, 3D printer, and Raspberry Pi file server into the web application server inside Docker container.
• Implemented solutions for technical challenges, such as wireless communication with Raspberry Pi on the Eduroam network, by updating the network management component of the Raspberry Pi Operating System and creating a backup image file, streamlining future setups.
• Handled Docker communication issues between containers, hardware, USB devices, and networks, as well as queuing client requests to prevent hardware overloading.
• Developed bash scripts for automatic initialization of containers and launching AI and web servers on system boot for reliable service recovery.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving, research, and documentation skills while working on complex AI projects integration.

Prepared and augmented test and train image dataset by rotating, altering colours, and applying various image processing methods. Use large image dataset and CSV datasets, train and evaluate different deep learning classification models such as VGG16 and BeeHealthCNN with various datasets, distinguishing varroa and non-varroa objects in images containing one or few bees.
