I'm looking to work within schools supporting students with additional needs to engage fully in their learning and achieve the best outcome from their studies. I have had 2 years' experience working within a school setting, supporting students with physical disabilities, assisting the teacher in the classroom and finding ways to support the student to focus on their work. I also support behavior management in the classroom, utilizing therapeutic activities.
