During summer 2024, after my Secondary school studies and exams were completed, I was employed as a part-time waitress in a highly-rated, local café in Hove. My duties were as follows:

• Ensure availability for shifts at short notice
• Serving customers promptly, and ensuring their dining experience was relaxed and enjoyable
• Dealing and resolving any complaints in a calm and polite manner
• Ensure that I had full knowledge of the daily menu and special items, and able to answer any questions about the dining menu, including specific dietary requirements
