• Fully trained on commercial coffee machines, preparing a range of hot and cold drinks including milkshakes
• Cover all daily operations: serving customers, taking payments, clearing and resetting tables, and food delivery to tables
• Responsible for daily stock procurement, including completing the food shop for the following day
