Ewa Krzeminska

I worked as a team leader of a busy microbiology processing lab, managing a team of around 20 technicians and processing 700-900 samples per day.

My main duties involved organising the lab, resolving issues on day-to-day basis, making quick decision, ensuring the lab runs as efficiently as possible, motivating staff and leading daily meetings, organise the flow of the work with prioritizing work if necessary – that means I had to work closely with reception. I maintained stock and resolve any issues regarding stock. I was responsible for the training, supervision, appraisal, recruitment of new staff.

I have years of experience running UKAS laboratory. I have very good experience with internal auditing, couching other TLs, I very closely cooperated with Quality to prepare my team for customers and UKAS audits.
