My experience as an Inclusion Lead has given me the confidence to work effectively with young people and their families in a supportive, empathetic, and professional manner. In this role, I am responsible for supporting students and their families with attendance, safeguarding, wellbeing, and a range of other welfare-related concerns. My responsibilities also included developing, reviewing, and maintaining Individual Healthcare Plans.
I have direct involvement with Devon County Council support processes, including but not limited to Early Help and Family Hub services. I opened and led Early Help cases, working closely with young people and their families to improve attendance, engagement, and overall wellbeing. I work collaboratively with the college's Senior Leadership Team, support staff, social workers, inclusion support workers, local police, local authorities, counsellors, school nurses and children and their families to ensure positive outcomes and provide coordinated support where needed.

My experience working for a virtual contact centre has given me confidence answering and making phone calls and emails. My role in the virtual contact centre was to take sales, create quotes, answer questions regarding products stores and services as well as the upkeep of customer relations.
