Faith Paddison

I consider myself to have excellent communication skills due to my experience with working in teams with various age groups. For example, I have been a part of a dance team, netball team, and a swim team as well as working in a nursery and a youth centre. This has taught me to work efficiently making sure I always work hard and put in maximum effort to achieve my goals and complete what needs to be done.

These activities have also taught me to be organised and manage my time well when being on time and keeping my work in order. I believe these prove I am a multitasker due to the variation in activities meaning I am willing to do a variation of jobs as my interests lay in different areas.

• Store assistant- Cinderella's, Hedon

  I worked here as a summer job in order to gain some experience to work in a store which I enjoyed. This taught me how to politely communicate with customers as well as how to work the cash register.

• Cleaner (part-time) - Hull Cleaners, Kingston Upon Hull

  Cleaning was a part time job I also worked with during summer. I went to many different moved out apartments and student housing to clean them up for the next visitors.

• Assistant- Child Dynamix, Kingston Upon Hull

  This is where I worked for my work experience in which I learned to communicate with various ages of children and take care of younger children. I also learned to plan activities suitable for kids to enjoy and clean up the building in order to make sure it was clean and safe for when the kids arrive.

• Food Truck- I worked in a food truck for nearly a month which taught me how to take orders and accept cash/card in a fast paced environment as well as assisting in making food like hotdogs and burgers.
