Working as a play assistant at Nursery I am responsible for encouraging healthy eating and monitoring the children’s’ behaviour. If any disagreement occurs, then I resolve the issue by making them apologise to each other .

I worked as a customer assistant in a number of retail stores, such as NEXT, M&S & Sainsbury’s. Working as a full/part time Customer Service assistant , I was responsible for customer care/service, proving information and advice on products. Helping the customer service team to perform daily tasks and helping customers for various issues, assisting others departments colleagues and managements to fulfil their tasks.

As required, operating till, receiving customers’ payments with cash, credit cards, and cheques when appropriate. Assisting with deliveries and stock replenishment throughout the store displaying goods for customer choice and selection.

Though I am working as a midday assistant in a school however I have a years of experience in customer service. There I have learned that th customer service is very important for the company’s success . A happy customer can bring you more customer.
