I am willing to try my hand at gaining new skills and qualifications, I currently hold a Special Education Needs and Disability diploma and a Teaching Assistant Diploma. I am familiar with the new and updated KCSIE publication and all Safeguarding laws.
I admire the teaching profession and the level of dedication that teachers and all staff that work in schools bring to the younger generations as they are responsible for shaping the lives of our children today- it is my ambition to become one of those people that help shape the lives and careers of our children today. To be able to give something back.
I have a year's experience of working 1:1 with a special needs child in my last job as a midday meals supervisor. I also have a hands on experience of special needs as my daughter is a special needs child too.
I have two diplomas that I acquired during the period of 2020 lockdown.
These are Special Education Needs and Disability and Teaching Assistant. They are CPD recognised.
I also hold English and maths GCSEs at grades b and c. These were acquired from Sir John Leman High School in Suffolk on year 2003.
I also hold a GNVQ in ICT from John Leman 6th form, for which I achieved a merit grade in 2005.
