• Perform end-to-end reconciliations across cheque and transaction processing, identifying, investigating, and resolving reconciliation breaks in line with agreed SLAs and control standards.
• Investigate exceptions and disputed items including rejected payments, no-mandate cases, MIDR disputes, and non-confirmed credits, ensuring timely and accurate customer fund resolution.
• Conduct detailed control and validation checks on payee details, customer account information, transaction history, and confirmations against core banking systems.
