I currently work at Browne Jacobson LLP which is a law firm and I have over 6 years’ experience working as a business analyst. As a business analyst, I have been a part of a wide number of different projects.

I have assisted in the implementation of a new HR and Finance system, Aderant, as the current system (LexisOne) was not able to support both HR and payroll. This was an 18-month long project, and I am also one of the business analysts on the implementation of our new case management system, Peppermint, as the current system caused many inefficiencies.

Both these two projects are large software projects which required me to lead workshops and interviews with many different stakeholders of the business to gather requirements and display those requirements in a requirements document. with any relevant analysis.

As well as large software projects, I have had the opportunity to assist on small projects for different teams and departments of the business. Our HR department have recently seen the success of our new internal holiday booking tool and the business operations have seen the rise in the new travel booking system.

I also have gained valuable knowledge on process mapping as I have worked on a program where we document the current business processes as there was a gap of necessary documentation. I have also achieved a certificate in AgileBA (Foundation) which has really given me the skills to implement an agile methodology in my work.
