In my current role as an Adult Social Care Assistant at Elmbridge Borough Council, I have developed strong skills in client care, assessment, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. I regularly carry out home visits, create and implement care plans, and liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. My ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure has prepared me to handle the challenges of a Social Work Assistant role effectively.
