Currently, I am the Food and Beverage Manager at The View from The Shard, one of London's most iconic attractions, where I oversee the daily operations of a team of over 45 employees and serve an average of 1500 to 3000 visitors daily.
In this role, I have successfully implemented and monitored F&B standards, led and nurtured strategic partnerships, and spearheaded monthly monitoring sessions to optimize service quality and operational efficiency.
