I’m hoping to develop my cookery skills in a more manageable environment, and show off the skills I’ve learnt through out my lifetime.

I am had 2 years of cookery experience in college, I’ve learnt the basics of cooking. I’m willing to improve and grow. Working in a professional establishment would be a greater improvement for me. Although I’ve got My weaknesses I am sure I will be able to overcome them.

I have been studying professional cookery at my college, I’ve completed level 1 and 2 and as of right now I’m doing level 3 which is a big step up.
