Finlay Riley-McLean

I am a 17-year-old student currently in my final year at Stewart’s Melville College. While I don’t yet have direct experience, I am reliable, hard-working, and quick to learn. Through work experience at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society and international volunteering in Malawi, I have developed strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.

I am comfortable working in busy environments, following instructions, and contributing positively as part of a team. Alongside this, my involvement in competitive sport and leadership roles has helped build a strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

I am keen to gain hands-on experience and am happy to start in any role where I can support the team and help deliver a welcoming and positive experience for customers.

I have attended Stewarts Melville College since August of 2018. Since then I have achieved 9 A grades at National 5 level in S4, and a further 5 A's at Higher in subjects such as English, Business Management and History, I currently take three Advanced Highers, Business Management, History and RMPS were I am predicted to continue with straight A's.
