I am a diplomatic and people-focused Programme and Change Manager with over a decade of experience in the higher education sector specialising in managing research in natural sciences and sustainability. I excel in managing people and projects and truly enjoy working in cross-functional teams building products, developing strategy and organising events which contribute to making the world better. I'm comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across the private and public sphere including the United Nations, UK Parliament and a range of local, national and international NGOs, charities and organisations.

My top strengths are partnership building, communication and organisation. So I get things done, whilst building credibility, meaningful relationships and fostering a collaborative culture. My ultimate aims in both my personal and professional life are to be happy, healthy, grow and connect with others and this is embedded in everything I do.
