My name's Francesca, I grew up with school of my grandmother, Italian flavours, however, I leaned also japanese cuisine specialised in sushi, I have 3 years of experience. Personally I consider myself a simple person who is glad to make other people happy with my food.. I like to prepare healthy and nutrition dished, but often I have been ask to prepare more elaborate dishes and I had a positive feedback.
I worked for a family of 3 for 4 years, I was private cook/aupair. One of the best experience I had. I left the family to lean the Japanese cuisine and now I'd love to be a private chef again more skilled
I have a diploma in quantity surveyor but I always had the passion for food
