I currently work as the Lead Compliance Co-ordinator at Intelligencia. I focus on ensuring that the apprenticeship training programmes we offer meet the highest standards of regulatory requirements. With over 15 years experience in the apprenticeship sector, I work closely with the Quality and Compliance Director, by leading and implementing robust compliance frameworks by keeping up to date with, and following government guidelines, funding requirements, and quality assurance measures.

• DSATS are completed in a timely manner following agreed strategy, and findings are reviewed and escalated as part of monthly meetings to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure that all documentation for recording QA findings is completed accurately and in line with organisational requirements.
• Ensure that data requested by the QA & Compliance Director is provided and escalated in a timely manner so that outcomes for learners can be discussed and evaluated monthly.
• Where required, I complete tripartite learner progress reviews, with learners and their line managers, to ensure that individual learning goals are clearly and accurately planned and recorded.
• Complete monthly compliance audits to ensure that all documentation meets ESFA requirements.
• Complete quality assurance audits to ensure that the learners' journey is being effectively recorded from beginning to end of their programme.
• Process learner eligibility and enrolment paperwork using MIS system to meet monthly uploads.

English Functional Skills Lead/Senior Apprenticeship Tutor/Safeguarding Officer at Andrew Collinge Hairdressing (2018-10 – 2021-07)

I worked as an apprenticeship tutor and planned the English functional skills for the training team. My role involved reviewing students targets, planning and delivering sessions both as groups and on a individual basis, monitoring progress and keeping staff up to date with changes within the standards set by the awarding body. The team I worked alongside not only mentored students in their chosen vocation, but to also prepared them for any working environment, giving them the skills they needed to function confidently in any work setting they moved to in their future career.

I also worked as part of a team who provided safeguarding to the students within our college, working with external agencies where necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of the students. This role also included the planning of training for staff during staff training days, to keep up to date with safeguarding policies and procedures.

I was the Assistant Manager and apprenticeships tutor at Andrew Collinge Graduates Liverpool. I delivered NVQ theory lessons (including functional skills) to the learners working their way towards NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing where we use One-file for formative and summative assessments, target setting, and reviews. My role also includes a pastoral role to apprentices and providing one- to one support in both theory and practical.
