I am a ex L3 music student now training to became a LSP at Ashford college just started my supported teaching and learning course and just waiting on getting placement hopefully at Ashford college and stay on to get a LSP job
I have been helping out at open evenings and I have also stepped in for deej to cover the class when he got very bussy I also help out at a youth center where I support children from age 10 - 19 and which have a verity of needs and I adapted to each ones needs separately but inclusively as well
