I want to be clear from the start – I'm not looking for just another job in hospitality. This is the career I want to build. I'm ready to start from the ground up and work my way through the ranks, learning everything I can along the way. My aim is to gain the training and hands-on experience needed to eventually step into a management position. I'm looking for a company that invests in their people, because I'm ready to invest my time and effort into growing with them for the long haul.
