my previous job was checking all deliveries, make sure the kitchen is cleaned and well organised all the kitchen tool, doing some food preparation, checking all equipment if its in good condition, reporting to manager/head chef if their is a problem.

I was a kitchen supervisor in tortilla mexican food 2015-2018 then i became kitchen assistant/porter after pandemic that was 2021-2024 in the young’s castle pub.

I was a hotel and restaurant management mostly my experience is in the kitchen
