Took full responsibility for developing and maintaining the SHANARRI board as part of PRD targets, ensuring the nursery’s Vision, Values and Aims were clearly promoted throughout the environment.

Gathered, selected and displayed photographs of children demonstrating SHANARRI indicators, values and aims during play and daily routines, making learning visible and meaningful for parents and carers.

Supported children to recognise and talk about positive behaviours, achievements and wellbeing indicators, helping build confidence, independence and emotional awareness.

Created a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment that reflects the nursery ethos and supports children’s wellbeing and development.

Built strong, trusting relationships with families, staff, children and parents/carers, contributing to a positive and collaborative nursery community.
