Additionally, I was a Volunteering Leader at Open Kitchen Manchester during the lockdown (05/2019 - 04/2020), where I built professional networks with organizations such as the City Council, Ocado, and Marks & Spencer to deliver food packages to families in need. I coordinated training to enhance operations and team morale while maintaining government guidelines during lockdown. I also developed and implemented standards and procedures for staff activities in logistics and food preparation, delegating tasks based on staff strengths to ensure productivity.
I have completed a Mental Health First Aid Certificate through a two-day program, equipping me with foundational knowledge to support mental well-being. Furthermore, I am pursuing a Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship, which is enhancing my coaching and mentoring abilities.
