I am an experienced contact centre agent, with experience in training nee Staff members as well as leading and Assisting in Creating sales dialogues. I am fluent in Spanish and English which gives me the extra capability in securing any travel new bookings, my languages give me a broader range of people I can encounter and assist in their travel requirements. I am seeking employment where my Spanish native language skills can be utilised.
I previously worked as a team leader for a weatherspoons pub, creating a warm atmosphere for when customers arrived , assisting staff and having the responsibility of opening and closing , this role gave me broad customer service experience.
My current role is a Contact centre agent for MSC cruises one of the leading cruise companies, within this role I assist customers in all their cruise travel needs. I also assist new starters with their training and am on the quality assurance team whereby I discuss ways in which the agents call monologues can improve.
